Time Tracking Policy

Purpose

This time tracking policy is established in accordance with the amendment to the Working Hours Act to ensure compliance with the rules for maximum daily and weekly working hours and to ensure correct recording of working hours at the company. The legislation also ensures employee well-being, health, and safety at the workplace. The company }} is obligated to ensure compliance with the working hours regulations.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees at the company, except for certain self-managed employees.

Recording Working Hours

Employees must accurately record their daily working hours in accordance with the Working Hours Act, including absences. It is the employee's responsibility to ensure accurate and timely recording. The company uses RegTime for time tracking.

Deviation Recording

Some employees only need to record deviations from their normal working hours. The following employee groups may use deviation recording: finance, sales, and [others].

Time Tracking Frequency

Employees must update their time tracking at least weekly, with the current week's records completed by the 2nd working day of the following week.

Working Hours

Working hours are periods when the employee is available for work tasks, including waiting time, course time, on-call duty, and travel time. Non-working hours include breaks, lunch, and personal commuting.

Access to Time Tracking Information

Employees have access to their records via [app/HR].

Approval of Time Tracking

The manager must ensure that the records are accurate and legal before approval.

Data Processing

Records are kept for 5 years and processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Non-compliance can result in warnings, termination, or dismissal.
